Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 1-1 Marriage Mentoring Calls

No Refund for No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered. If you are more than 10 min late to the session, it'll be considered a No-show.

Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change, but last-minute rescheduling is not possible. If you are unable to attend your booked session, you will need to schedule a new one, as refunds are not available.

You may reschedule your session with at least 4 hours' notice. If your request is made less than 4 hours before the appointment, rescheduling will not be allowed.

There are no refunds for a booked session. The session can be rescheduled but cannot be refunded.  

2. Digital Products & Workshops

All digital products (ebooks, PDFs, recorded workshops) are non-refundable once purchased.

Live workshops are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another participant if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

3. General Refund Policy

There are no refunds for a booked session. The session can be rescheduled but cannot be refunded.

Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate payments or technical issues preventing access to paid content.

In case of duplicate payment, we will verify the duplicate transaction ID and credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 working days
